Return of Goods
We are pleased to exchange faulty goods but cannot accept returns for any reason without a properly filled out ‘Returns Note’ available on request. Our returns procedure is detailed on the Returns Note. Goods returned which were correctly despatched and are not faulty will incur a re-stocking fee of 25%. Goods returned with damaged or missing packaging will not be accepted for credit. Goods will only be accepted back within 30 days of despatch excluding warranty claims.Goods purchased in from a third party mat not be returned. Ultimate responsibility for wrongly ordered goods lies with the buyer and the buyer will pay any returns costs applicable.
Custom Length/Designed and Purchased in cables
Black Cat Business Services (Cables) Ltd. have the right to refuse the return of special custom built cables and cables purchased in as specials.

Claims for Damage/Lost
We must be notified for any goods lost, missing or damaged in transit within 3 days of receipt of goods, or within 3 days of the agreed delivery date.
Suitability of Use
The suitability of any products intended use is the customer’s responsibility and in the event of a warranty claim being substantiated the obligation of the seller shall be to replace such quantity of the product proven to be defective and no consequential loss can be accepted by the seller no matter how incurred.
Design & Prices
All prices exclude VAT and delivery and are subject to change at the discretion of the seller. The seller also has the right to substitute any product for that of a similar design and specification when necessary.
All Monies Retention/Reservation of Title Clause (ROT)
The Property of the goods shall be and remain with the seller has received Payment in full for these and any other goods supplied by the seller. The risk in the goods shall pass from the seller to the buyer upon delivery of such goods to the buyer. However, not withstanding delivery and the passing of risk in the goods, title and property in the goods, including full legal and beneficial ownership, shall not pass to the buyer until the seller has received in cash or cleared funds payment in full for all goods delivered to the buyer under this and all other contracts between the seller and the buyer for which payment of the full price of the goods thereunder has not been paid. Payment of the full price of the goods shall include the amount of any interest or other sum payable under the terms of this and all other contracts between the seller and the buyer under which the goods were delivered. Any purchase orders sent by buyers are accepted and actioned as agreement for the above (ROT)
